In looking at lot of these deals, I noticed that a lot of small companies have been hedging a lot of production at very low prices. In the $3-$5 range. What I want to know is who is the counterparty? Those guys are making out like bandits getting $9 and paying $4 ! In fact these guys are making more money than the drillers without having drilled anything. Anyone know the big players in the NG swaps market?
