ild, You can almost always count on Republicans to side with corporations vs. individuals. That is in their charter. However, I don't think Dubya has the power to get rid of the American court system, no matter how much he may want to. If a company produces something that kills people, just who should be liable for the deaths or illnesses? It is not an act of God.

So, on the margin, I see Dubya as positive for the miscreants, but I don't think he can wipe out the liabilities.
