Morning Steve, Glad you were able to fiddle with the photo. I let the city lights almost wash out while holding the contrast fairly high and found the underwater mountains that rise to form islands in some locations.

Look at the area between the tip of South America and the Antarctic Continent. Looks like there's been a long period of underwater currents in that area that have swept off to the right. Looks like one could just cast a line there and wait for the fish to get swept by!
