I'd be concerned about Intel, but based on their learning curve based business strategy, the most I think it will mean is a slowing in the rate of price decreases.

Except when you consider that Intel is housed in 43 countries and out of the 9 US locations, only 2 are located in California. That's not to say energy prices won't have a result, but in terms of their worldwide operation, it might be quite well cushioned.

Interesting point UF. One of the concerns about RMBS is will the price of RDRAM drop sufficiently and quickly enough to compete with SDRAM and DDR (should DDR ever see the market).
