I cancelled my qchart account and get that number when I try to logon for the hell of it. I believe the 997 means your account is cancelled.

You may want to check your account status. Or, try downloading Qcharts again to a different directory and then try it. It's possible your base ini file is corrupt or gone.

You may want to try to find your base.ini file using the find program. My base ini disappeared after I cancelled.
