Mike since you are playing longs, could you please take a look at SSTI for me.

A PE of 12.
Forward PE of 6.
Growth of 100%.
Expected EPS of $2.52 next year.
Mcap of less than $1B.
SSTI flash memory products used in digital camers etc. Seems high growth to me.

Yet this company is extremely heavily shorted.
What do the bears know about SSTI that I do not?

M

Michael D. Burke: What is your opinion of JDSU at current price ($40 & change)? Is it still very overvalued with considerable room to the downside or are the recent rumours and downgrades a signal that it is at or near a bottom that is buyable? Appreciate your thoughts. If you would be a buyer, what (if any) signal or event would you be looking for?

Hey Mike,

I was reading another thread and someone suggested (somewhat tongue in cheek I'm sure) that Bush's buddies engineered a spike in oil prices to hurt Gore's chances...and now prices will fall back to expected levels (low 20's). I love a good conspiracy theory...how does this one sound?
