You need to preface your remarks with "this is not a recommendation to sell or buy JDSU". (Out of respect, I'll write this to you, Pat, because Maas defends you (in #15423).) You know the product lines in this sector. You cite sources. These posts are well-articulated, Pat. I admire that. What does this have to do with the price of a stock tho? I don't really think you need to preface your posts with a disclaimer, but perhaps your cogent analysis falsely assuaged the fear of longs here. I hope no one held JDSU from the 90s relying on this thread for support. Do you think your posts here were ever interpreted as a buy or hold, Pat? Maas says you're inspiring. You can discuss the technology. I agree, interesting posts. He thinks I'm accusing you of pumping stock; I'm not. You're bullish on JDSU stock, true? (It's not a bait and switch, Maas. Pat first used the term hubris (during one of those rare departures from reporting). And the guy she was referring to might be drunk with hubris; but that has nothing to do with JDSU.) Tell you, Pat ... sorry to see you descend into the mob here, bash column writers, tell contrary posters to take a hike, depart from the sanity. Hope you're not embracing the conspiracy theory, too. You're a respected person on this thread. Some here are leaning on you for support. Be aware that even if it is not your intent, your bullish posts on 'JDSU the company' are read as bullish on 'JDSU the stock'.
