Les: You are about Person No. 37 to refer me to "The Map." Zzzzz. Zzzzzz. In case no one told you, maps such as this are meaningless. Gorton won 35 of the 39 counties in Washington State but still lost the senatorial election to Cantwell on Nov. 7. So much for determining elections on the basis of real estate and prairie dog populations. Fact: Gore won 540,000 more votes than did Bush, aka the "Accidental President."
