Make sure you are typing in the correct password...

From the Network Update:
"Due to a transition of Quote.com into the Lycos Network some clients have received an email stating a new password. This password is valid and provides access to all the services that a client has subscribed to. You may find this password email by the from field "Customer Service [support@quote.com]", if you have recently changed your password then you should find it under support@quote.com.
