Dave, you're probably right, concerning most proposed standards. That's why I qualified my statement in my message (i.e., mostly passed), and for the purposes of 802 ratification, yes, the book has been written. Although I envision some variations going forward, depending on emerging requirements, especially as they apply to VSR carrier applications, and in the local loop. FAC
