Strange things are happening.. Until today when I clicked on a link in my email (outlook) I was taken to the site. Now the link is highlighted I get the little hand... but nothing happens when I click. I recently downloaded xdrive and wonder if that could be causing a conflict. before I uninstall xdrive does anyone have an idea

tc yes, any keystrokes would result in the display of the unwanted words. you ask a good question about DOS accessibility.... one that i do not have an answer for, btw. i know that the norton user manuals have a good section on what steps to follow if you encounter a virus on your pc. perhaps the answer is there. i'm heading out for real world entertainment (my way of describing any activity other than computing), but shall return later. hope you're enjoying the holidays. i know that i am! :) mark
