employers are on the honor system as they have up to 3 months to send in payroll taxes.
but if you work for someone theres no reason you can't leverage into the honor system yourself...just claim more deductions.

You can file quarterly and just claim that what you expect to pay for the year on the estimated return as credits against your withholding.
