Is anybody concerned that JDSU might have selectively disclosed inventory and lead time numbers to that analyst? Also seems to me the other analyst is trying to time his rating and target with the unwinding of arbitrage postions in the SDLI/JDSU merger. The source of all true rumors is obtained by making phone calls to low level employees not senior management. Happens all the time.

JOB 1 at JDSU is ramping production. Dropping lead times are a POSITIVE sign. Unless there is a big production ramp, JDSU cannot grow. Sometimes the rumor mill is dumb but sometimes it is dumb like a fox and used to get a better price -- know what I mean? I think the price and volume action on JDSU says it all today -- going up and doing great.
