CPN is nothing but a roll-up with aggressive acctg in a hot sector. WAT has shady acctg and CMVT has the tax rate issue as my primary concern, although if they miss a number, it would not necessarily indicate book-cooking. I am suspicious of their qualification of Efrat to get the tax rate. See the lbcapital.ckt1.com page On The Grill.
