Nope, at least not in the US. Settlement dates are not normally used for tax purposes here, so even Dec 29 trades count for 2000. This was just a big bounce from an extreme technical oversold condition. The fact that it came back so sharply rather than basing and starting a reverse trend bodes well for the prospect of further downside IMO. Probably some more shorting opportunity tomorrow.

I learned long ago never to be scared into covering ZIXI on a squeeze - it always comes back, usually sooner rather than later.

Today was a nice chance to build more of a new short for the next leg down.
