Is this EST or Central Standard Time?

How do you choose data to model today's intraday chart pattern? For example, do you look at the chart from one year ago or do you look for a similar weekly pattern?

The NYSE Comp is near resistance and after several days of gains, I think today could be a down day.

Dallas is looking for a drop today, but I tend to think it shall be manipulated upward to at least post new recent Highs.

The late day spikes have been a bit ridiculous and somewhat predictable.

I do not know if I shall do anything today, I have to decide what to do with my Yen posture. I could scale in forever but that would be an expensive proposition.
