PASA is the ultimate turd. LCTO got into a crummy merger with a POS ISP where they assumed lots of LT debt w/ little cash and tons of bogus assets. They should have just liquidated w/ all that cash they had. STRM looks golden in comparison, their options are much brighter than PASA or LCTO, since they have yet to merge. They have a stronger market position, a pseudo-1st tier player in the Latino internet arena. The Latin American internet market is definitely a tough nut to crack. Like trying to squeeze water out a rock.
