Yes, I'm quite familiar with CNXT relationship. But since CNXT is going to spin off its internet infrastructure division, I wonder how that will impact KOPN. CNXT's problem is due to PC slowdown. After all, it's a dialup modem company.

I also like KOPN's latest acquisition of SEP which makes optoelectronic products similar to EMKR.

Today's IBD has at least 3 mentionings about I-mode phone from NTT DoCoMo and how it's possible to invade the US market after its taking an AT&T stake. I-mode already does internet browser and provides features of 3G which is slow to take off to say the least. So there is a possibility that I-mode will interrupt 3G technology and dominate the US. In Japan, it already has 16 million users and is signing up 50,000 more each day!

Why is this important? See CyberDisplay and Access Co Ltd anouncement. So I jumped in this morning. I think the uncertainty/down-side risk is limited given that the stock has fallen 80% from top and after all, this is a profitable company with MIT type brainpower.

Jack,

Took a lead from a CNBC story on this article, and then went into each subsection (currently in the flex transistor one...).

Avid technologists will enjoy the entire 10 segments on the future technologies of interst. I think KOPN readers will be especially interested with this one. Note references at the bottom to "imaging" applications.
