Hi Mike,

Great piece on risk - my beliefs run along similar lines. I want to begin working on my own maximum income portfolio, but I have lacked the discipline to run that kind of portfolio. What techniques would you recommend starting out with? I am familiar with long options - I've been using them for years, but I haven't used anything beyond that. I'll be running paper trades for a while; to understand how the techniques work with different equities.

Thanks for your help,
Dave
