Since he is suggesting that the phone is there to be used.... .....I am thinking of suggesting that my email ought to be self-explanatory and thank him kindly for all the stuff he sent that I already found on the website, but that the specific questions I asked were not on the website and since he is unable to follow my simple directions via email and anwser my questions, but instead bombard me with useless information in numerous emails, perhaps I should look elsewhere for another firm that could meet my needs. After all, time is money, no? I mean he has cost me numerous seconds already since I had to hit the delete key to remove his emails from my account. Perhaps I should place all of this stuff in, what say you, perhaps 5 or 6 emails? LOL! :)
