read his thread header...... he sells every year first week of feb. ......i bet he kicked himself last year.....he probably missed many 5 and 10 baggers...... and if he waits till first week of feb. this year.....he may have nothing left...... this week has been real strange.......most of the big name A stocks are flat or down.....and many B stocks are up 40% or more...... i saw a segment on tv.....it said many mutual funds will be selling some losers early in jan. .....then they have all year to make up their losses.....and many mutual fund holders who realize they have to pay taxes...eventhough they are down...will sell out when they realize the situation..... so my guess is.....many of these "B" stocks that are running this week are being " fattened" up for the kill thats coming....... i made a post a few days ago and posted their DT's for possible short targets.....
