Donald; I think I saw some window dressing by the Funds, may get more tomorrow. However it creates a problem later as they sell Liquid stocks to buy the less Liquid, While the NDX was up today the liquidity dropped 1/2 or 1%. They better hope the Fed cuts, as liquidity inside the NDX is down a total of 9.36% since April 7th..it got as Low as 10.5% at one time , and I thought it was on the way to a rally when it got to -2% around DEC 4th , but it's slowly lost liquidity since. The index can go up as liquidity goes down but it's not healthy. The fed is tossing Liquidity in however it's all running to old economy stocks..a sustained rally wont happen during rotation , overhead eats up too much of the gains..the feds moves are so far just paying the spreads & commissions. On the bright side the Dollar while it's dropped almost 8% since early Dec..( which makes our market 8% cheaper for the international/broker/dealers than it got for the little guy ) the dollar seems to have support at $110 the rub to this is what does it do if Spam cuts rates.. ---------- Last will the window dressing suck people back in ? Or is old money going to take their profits and run after the new year arrives. Jim
