Actually, TMAX has also had insider buying, of a sort. Not on the open market, but rather a private placement at above-market prices. It's in the news for the stock. TMAX is, BTW, one of my favorite picks; it's really a good little company.

BTW I didn't require insider buying as a criterion, although I tried to avoid insider selling. Recent insider buying is such a stringent criterion, not met by most small stocks, that requiring it would eliminate a huge number of stocks. When doing screening, you find quickly that you can eliminate all stocks if you apply enough criteria. You have to pick those that are most important to you.
