Just my opinion, but a guy who gets you out of the market just before a 25% gain, and into the market just before a 30% drop, might need to adjust his timing model a bit.

Your first link stated that the final rate hike was in July, and then calculated nine to 15 months out from there for it to take effect. But the final rate hike was actually in May, so your dates all need to be moved up by two months.
