I just got Waterhouse and bought $4K of it in my
IRA ( $2k ) is min ..
It don't have a symbol yet but they knew what I was
talking about right off, it seems I'm not the only one jumping in.
I'm still about 50% cash even after that buy.

I know it's a pig in the poke but a new fund like
taht with the market down has some advantage
of "buying power" & picking stocks they can Mo Mo with.
A lot depends on the overall market but if
it were to turn up I would expect this new fund to
run really fast at first.

PS I read an old book about how funds can use "buying
power" when they have cash. In many cases they get
a better price than market trades.
