I've already been accussed of being overly optimistic, but I feel that a couple of obvious factors are becoming apparent. On Tuesday, their will be significantly less tax selling. Soon those who shorted JDSU because of the stock merger will buy back to close their position. These are two factors which are and have affected the stock. Within a 45 day window we will learn if the company is being as harshly affected as many fear. If the events of that event turn positive, coupled with the extreme oversold condition on JDSU, and it's ability to make major moves both up and down in very fast manner, we should be set up for a decent rally (or conversely a large decline).
