QPK, I am glad you decided to grace this thread - you make interesting suggestions.

(Here is a thread for bias:

We have the advantage of hindsight - I personally doubt we consciously think about Darwinism and ethnic groups in our current policies. Perhaps some radicals do, but these people generally expose themselves and are rendered ineffective after a time.
More likely we disagree with the behavior of some ethnic or national groups and perceive them as a threat to our self-interest. Make no mistake, all nations act purely out of self-interest. For instance, we perceive Palestinians as terrorists who cannot be trusted; most Palestinians want peace more than we do and are quite intelligent and capable. Perhaps the true value of the internet may be to disseminate the truth and dispel fiction.

Darwinism in conflicts?

Like,"I'm bigger than you are!" type of bullying?

Or, "survival of the fittest" theory.

In this day and age, most all races of people respect each other. What the Nazi's did in WW2 to the Jews had nothing to do with race.It was Geobbles propaganda about their religion.

....like we have been supplying military arsenals to Israel to kill Palestinians. It is anti-genocide genocide IMO. The medium are so biased that you just couldn't simply believe them
This is all based on religious upbringing.

Please explain what basis Darwin plays.
Tia,

QPK- I personally think that EVERY source of information/Propaganda is good...gives each of us a chance to make up our own minds about the event, and from a variety of options. Strafor, fox, WSJ, and yes, even the NY Times...

A little OT, but I will say this....I've learned through my business and over 20 years, that a person in fact makes an impression, in person or in written communication, in less than 10 seconds. If it is "in person" the impression is 93% non-verbal (stance, general appearance, tidiness, eye contact, etc.) I suspect that written communication has the same percentage, but don't know that for sure.

What is clear is that after the first impression is made, the remainder of the time is spent trying to justify the first impression. People like to be right. Seems they go to all sorts of lengths to prove themselves right.

Now, if that is true, one wonders what happens when world leaders actually meet face to face. Do wars START, or STOP right then?
