Pat, as you know JDSU's price declined sharply as results of the announced purchase of SDLI. That was back at a time when fibre-optic components enjoyed unparalleled growth opportunity. Now that some of the sheen has come off this industry, do you suppose that there is some thought of undoing the union or, at least, modifying the acquisition formula to make the deal less expensive to JDSU? Is the one month postponement of the companies' meetings in any way connected to this? Tulvio
