Boom 2000! What a year! The set up for "2001 - The Crisis" couldn't have been better.

Frank, you gotta be proud of KEG today. Held its own in the face of a sea of red. PKD didn't do too bad either.

Razor, I think you will make a few pesos on the FGH buy...but sell quick. My main concern is simple...If you were going to place an order for a $200 million drilling rig would you pick FGH (knowing about the various problems it has had with its customers and knowing that if the yard goes Chap 11/7 you will be big time stuck)? I think you would pick an Asian yard...and so will others. Not that FGH can't turn around and do great...but they will have to have those first orders and prove it...where are the first orders going to come from? If not you, who?

Thanks to all for the quote source info. I will do some investigating. The StockTalkLive screen suddenly started working...and works VERY good and is VERY comprehensive...it would be hard to beat (as long as it keeps working).

The Dog has never started a new year with so many excellent projects in hand. The patch is optimistic and confident. All is well, barring some unknown event. I think these stocks will surprise everyone to the upside in 2001. I'll leave the market psychology to Slider et al, but from a fundamental perspective it is going to be an 'extreme' year - loadeth thy boat on weakness.

The Dog
