With the economy ambling along at an easier pace, bulls such as Galvin and Kerschner believe investors will be only too happy to pay a premium for growth. And, the prognosticators say, they'll find it once again in companies like Cisco, JDS Uniphase and IBM. "If you believe the S&P 500 is very undervalued, then Cisco and JDSU are absurdly undervalued," Kerschner says.
