Suzanne, I do not like the "commissions" either, but it is quite possible that these "are owed" from the previous activities at "Affinity". Affinity was a private company, and thus "stock holders" interest if is little concern. You may want to ask them in the E-mail what percentage of the total TIGI business will bear each of the three commissions, and if there are any "double commissions", and furthermore, will these commissions also apply to new business (accounts) generated after the reverse merger.
