You do know the "success" rate of the system that's going to be deployed, don't you, Pete? As of 1999, 3 out of 17 tests were successful. You can babble on all you want, the Tom Clancy fans out there might even think you know what you're talking about. What the heck, wasting a few hundred billion on an ABM system is probably a better idea that liquid hydrogen at the corner filling station, though that is faint praise, as they say.
