I just bet that LA City becomes a big communications hub. It is the only place in California with a stable and plentiful supply of electricity. Imagine that! LA did it right bigtime by not joining deregulation.

BTW, Check out American Superconductor (AMSC). It's under $1 billion.

When you are referring to witches, you are not even including servers correct? Maybe you are referring to the "hubs" for Level 3 etc.??
