Do you think it was reprehensible to try to mislead the Nazis about the date and location of the D- Day landings? Do you think that if one is involved in delicate negotiations for the release of hostages, and candor will cause them to fall through, that a cover story is wrong? As I said, I am mainly underscoring a general principle......
