For Y2001, Samsung estimates $3.7B W/W revenues for RDRAM.

Just a quick nit. In reading the paragraph below (from the article you posted), I don't necessarily read it that $3.7B is Samsung's estimate.

The Korean firm also expressed confidence to retain number one position in 2001 in the market, whose global demand is estimated at US$3.7 billion, up 117 percent from US$1.7 billion from 2000.

Like I said, just a nit.
