Hi Tom, A great post on Sector Rotation. In the mid 80's when there was a lot of rotation I used a system that worked well. I based rotation on Total Return and included a Money Market Fund. When the hill got steep the money market would become edge ahead and save the day. Hmm, Equities and Cash -- sounds familiar.
