Andy, Even if this rumor was true, I don't believe it means anything.
In the past I remember reading that overtime was cut down in the Ottawa production. However, the earnings did not show any negative in the October report.

I believe GLW also shuts down for a week or two----I believe it is every year--not sure though.

I am not reading anything into the JDSU rumor now---even if by chance it is true.
