I am also. And specifically, I agree that this marks the start of the wireless [voice] data tornado - even though both 1x and GPRS are slow in comparison with what the future will hold with 1xEV in CDMA land, and EDGE (perhaps, if it happens) in GSM land - let alone WCDMA (UMTS) or (3x - which I am increasingly unsure about).

Your link, "exercise" and definitions (especially the definitions with your "few liberties") from Seybolds are very helpful. Will try to use those concepts and definitions in future posts for better communication.

On to China ! (Will be fascinating to see reality emerge from the continued current fog.)
