Greg, What do you think buy a little from here, which I did at the close (just some QQQ, SMH and covered some shorts). Today's price move is more like lack of buyer's interest than surplus of seller's droppings. I tend to agree with you that we may never see panic selling for the rest of the bear market. From now on I will be averaging down my longs instead of setting stop loss but will take profit by selling into rallies. A person as lazy and dumb as I am can more than often click the right button makes me wonder perhaps every market player is making money nowadays. Yes, wealth is not changing hands. It's just jumping among all brokage accounts at light speed. I need some mistakes to remind me who I am <g>. I may get them this time.

Just got home from the Rose Bowl
What did you guys do to the Markets anyway?
Boy was I way off on my little projection last Thur.
(so short term we might get a little rally maybe 2700 area.)
I at that time thought we would see a little technical bounce up. Now who knows.
Some of these leaders are coming back to prices that I bought them for years ago.{CSCO}
This is a dangerous serious game that we sometimes play. I had bought AMCC on the thoughts that it would rally big being added to the 500. It tanked early in the day on friday and I wouldn't sell even with a 1/2 hr. to go I was still holding. Here I am getting on the plane playing Russian roulette with the institutions. I get ahold of my broker on the plane with a cellphone with 5 minutes to go and got out. I made some points but not enough to be covering the stress. Now today, Penni had some outrageous low buys in for some high fliers and she is scared to death that they had tripped. Thankfully not as she thinks the Mrkt is going lower.
I just brought this up to remind people to have a plan and to be careful.
Good Luck
