It certainly makes one wonder...Also would be nice to have a law firm track this case, and just see how much it costs MSFT and the Shareholders....From what I can see in this area, MSFT goes out of it's way to recruit anyone who is extremely capable, no matter their ethnic or other background.

And I have asked MANY times, just WHAT defines a minority? How many generations does one have to be 100%, or 50% or 25% or whatever of whatever group? When does it stop? We are all people....some talented in some directions, some in others....We have had 40 (forty) years of really working on that in this country.....

Again, I believe this case needs to be followed carefully...with FULL attention being paid by PRESS....HOW MUCH IS THIS CASE GOING TO COST....??? HOW much do the lawyers make? Who wins? Certainly NOT the shareholders.

We all know from this person's posts that the case has no merit, Microsoft is loaded with Minorities. ;-)

This case is not new. They amended the one from last summer to add more whiners.
