Pay Down The Debt...Pay Down The Debt...PAY DOWN THE !@#$%^& DEBT... George W. Bush has NO INTEREST in paying down the debt. Alan Greenspan's FIRST PRIORITY is paying down the debt. You start to PAY DOWN THE DEBT by PROTECTING THE SURPLUS built during THE CLINTON/GORE ADMINISTRATION. You don't PAY DOWN THE DEBT by giving massive tax cuts along with INCREASED SPENDING on FANTASY STAR WAR projects. You don't slow down an economy with TAX CUTS and you don't provide MASSIVE TAX CUTS WITH LOWER interest rates unless you want an OUT OF CONTROL ECONOMY.
