Not me. That sounds like playing chicken with a freight train.

At the risk of showing my ignorance, what's a CLEC? And why are they bankrupt? And why should I care?

Dot-coms are an insignificant fraction of the economy. The bubble has burst and is gone; maybe that was a good argument yesterday, but not today. It's not clear to me consumers are any more overextended than usual; perhaps you could point to a URL with some statistics? Remember that unemployment is low, so consumers are ABLE to carry more debt. Sample of one: my own debt is small compared to what it has been in the past.

JMHO.
