Two or three more small rate cuts this year will keep things going nicely, although not perhaps quite at today's scale.

I'm just curious about one thing. Much has been said about when Brinker or other financial analysts made such and such a call. If one has a truly diverse portfolio in a number of funds, the paperwork to make any major switches as far as selling and redistributing may take a month to implement. So a one day notice helps those that travel light more than those overencumbered. So when BB or somebody else says switch from such to such, it may take more than a few days, depending on the deal being executed. Am I wrong on this?

Liquidity

...is a powerful market force which changes forecasts. Couple this rate cut with a rate cut of a 1/4 at the end of January and this sets us up for a nice long-term rally.
