JQP - you're off by 2 months and opposite coast:

Washington (Platts)--3Jan2001

South Carolina Electric & Gas and affiliate South Carolina Pipeline curtailed 250 interruptible industrial customers Wednesday when gas consumption hit record highs, they said. Consumption in Columbia, S.C., reached a record 90,000 Mcf Wednesday, while Charleston hit 78,000 Mcf/d. Normal winter usage averages about 60,000 Mcf/d in Columbia and 50,000 Mcf/d in Charleston. Moderating temperatures predicted near the end of the week are expected to reduce gas demand enough to allow SCE&G and South Carolina Pipeline to resume supply to the interruptible customers, they said. SCE&G also set a new electricity winter peak demand record of 4,076 Mw over a one-hour period at 8 a.m. Wednesday. The companies said December was the coldest December on record in Columbia since 1917.

actually JQP if you predict that in march that will be an aftercast rather than a forecast.

I'm out of commission for awhile due to health reasons. Best of luck to all.
