Actually no. Given that the economy is slowing and earnings are not strong right now, I suspect it won't have the same affect as last time we got the surprise cut. However, given that we look six months out in general, I suspect that it will have a stabalizing affect and that we won't see a dramatic downside move. I don't see a rush to the roses either though. I guess my opinion would be move cautiously into stocks and for the indices it will be a traders market.

That would be my guess.
