Getting very close to a breakout in the Dow. Not sure if it will do it on the first try or not. That would mean next target old highs 700 points higher...

James, at this point of time, I would only focus on
the first tier companies. It's clear for me now that
NASDAQ has seen its low this Tuesday, and the money
on the sideline will move into techs (look at the huge
volume yesterday and today!). The first tier stocks
will benefit the most. This is exactly the replay of
1998 when everyone seemed to give up on the hope,
and bang, there came the Fed:)

Once we score the huge gains on the first tier players,
I would then consider take some profit out and take
up some 2nd or 3rd tiers.

For a long terms position built up, I definitely think
NT is a must buy today (although I swapped my NT with JDSU
due to tax reasons last week)
