It seems too easy to say that this is 1998 all over again. It is not. Fundamentals are undeniably different, and Naz has large overhead supply.

I have no idea what market will do here, but to say that we will see 1998 pattern again......well, I'm not counting on it.

Different circumstances. In 98 the Fed intervened because of what was going on in Asia. This time its because of what's going on within America.

I agree, but investors have differing opinions on what's first tier.
