I think it might hit 50 in early February if the Fed reduces again at the end of the month. Seriously thinking about selling some way out of the money leaps for 03 fi it does, because I'm not convinced it will reach 80's again for a while. If they get exercised, I'm set for life. What do you think?knc

My guess is the stock moves above 50 this month, especially if the Fed cuts a further 1/4% at the end of the month.

Eric
There seems to be considerable talk of the .25 increase as almost a given.I myself take a more cautious approach to that thinking.

My concern would be has the street already priced the anticipated cut in.Hope not.

Ed

Going forward if guidance is good Cisco should break it's old high sometime next year.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but going forward estimates are $.19 and $.20 with next year in at $1.01 (or $.25 quarter).

The FACTS are operating income has been $.11, $.08, $.11, and $.11 the last four quarters. Of course this isn't what's reported, but it's what Crisco's CORE business is bringing in.

So how has Crisco magically reported increasing earnings when they haven't been able to grow operating income for four quarters even when revenue is growing by as much as 60% YoY? Answer: Selling a shitload of stock in speculative bubble companies.

So how are they going to hit these numbers ranging from $.19 to $.25 per quarter. Operations will provide $.11 unless things deteriorate more than they did last year.

Each penny of earnings represents $75 MILLION.

So just how the hell is Crisco going to do it?

HINT HINT- You can't sell crap like RHAT for $100 and LNUX for $150 anymore. [I haven't checked out the investments lately, but you get the point]

Crisco is a ticking time bomb waiting to take the whole Naz down. That's why I'm short it. It defined the mania and will define the decline.

How much longer can they play these accounting games? Beats me, but I say not too much longer....
