Do you think Mutual Funds painting peformance month after month is any diferent from MITI manipulating RE? Same problem diferent venue. Do you think that CPI and PPI arnt being manipulated by the government? I understand the diferences between Japan's social, political and economic idiocicracies and USA's. However there are many things here that will come out later that are just as negligent. As examples I give Acounting practises and using one time gains, and stock options to paint industrial performance. Obviously the two situations are vastly diferent. Its like Japan had bone Cancer and the USA has Lung Cancer. They are very diferent but are similarly caused, and the outcome is the same.
