Dave,

Rambus did 19 cents last FY and 58 cents is a healthy incremental growth of 200%. It is good to remember that Rambus has a way of beating its estimates consistently.

Based on the known Agreements, why is Q1'01 consensus so low? Does Q1 include fee's from Q4 shipments? If so that would be about 40% of W/W DRAM shipments in the Quarter, wouldn't it? Or is there a two quarter slip for revenue recognition?
